Shanmugavel Palaniappan, Partner of KPM Constructions is a qualified Architect from School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University, Chennai and has built up a reputation for design and construction of aesthetically appreciated, qualitatively sound buildings, besides adhering to the committed schedule of delivery to the customers.
Sivakumar Shanmugavel, Partner of KPM Constructions is a young and budding Entrepreneur with a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, USA. Coming from an Entrepreneurial family background, Sivakumar has developed a great flair for Construction and his ardent leadership skills prove to add immense value to the company.
KPM Constructions is operated by a well qualified team of Engineers, Architects, Accountants and Administration Executives in such a way that all our projects are executed by our team members well beyond the expectation of clients.

The company has more than 100 projects to its name including state of the art Commercial Buildings, Factories, Residential apartments and Individual Bungalows in Chennai, Bangalore, Pondicherry, Trichy and Villupuram.
